Return Policy

Returns

How to Return

- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Refunds
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at danaaerospace.org@gmail.com
Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Downloadable software products
